Carole Nicholls

I have always been sewing ! My mother brought me up with a needle in my hand ! I went to Farnham Art College where I had a great time using natural dyes , weaving , printing and drawing . 

I was privileged to work as a children’s wear buyer and later an Art teacher . 

These days I try to use my accumulated skills to produce interesting Textile work . I still enjoy drawing and try to use this as a starting point . 

I have most recently exhibited at Parndon Mill for HVA and Kaleidoscope. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and love visiting exhibitions.
