About Pat
Starting, like many do, I made and taught traditional bobbin and needlelace for many years before embarking on a City and Guilds course where I discovered the delights of colour and texture. I now enjoy taking what is usually perceived as a flat textile into 3 dimensions – no more white and frilly!! I am also a member of The Lace Guild, 98 Lace and The Westhope Group which gives me a platform to exhibit my contemporary work. I teach regular classes and workshops to adults.
